Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

You see a full preview of your design before you pay, so please check the details carefully. If something goes wrong with your payment or download, we will make it right.

When we refund

You were charged but could not download your files, and we could not fix the problem.

You were charged more than once for the same order.

When we cannot refund

Because designs are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot refund an order after the files have been downloaded, for example because of a spelling mistake in the details you entered. Write to us and we will help where we can.

How to ask

Write to us within 7 days of payment with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
